I see myself being frugal and a minimalist, thus I able to thrive on challenges in startup environment. I'm a seeker of lights and I prefer clarity and honesty in words and in action. I always try to be better in every way I can.
I am a believer in people and culture, as they are the continuity and enabler to exceed everything. A team that work together for a long time usually beats a group of superstars that came together for just a season. That's why I believing in bonding, connection and engagement that creates the continuity of doing things. Engagement has to be human, because people trust people more than brands.
